Quote(s) of the Day: what a pretty pond!
"EWWIE its a FISH!!"

Fishing Highlights:

We had great weather and a lot of bright kids ready to fish! We had 3 groups through out the day of some really fun kids that were very interested in learning to fish. We learned the basics of fishing with a Tenkara rod and what to fish with for bait. The kids took to casting very well and really looked like they knew what they were doing by the end of each session. Its always so fun teaching young kids to fish for the first time! Cant wait to get back out on the water with them all and catch some fish! We had a great time fishing with the kids from Westwood Summer Camp today. The dry fly bite was on and the girls killed it today. We had fun hanging out on the dock casting, chatting, saving dragonflies, and of course, catching fish!!!

Beautiful day on the Ponds at Lincoln Hills
The fishing is fair.  Clear skies and 60+ degree weather. The water temperature was between 40-43 degrees and Crystal Clear.
