Quote(s) of the Day: “That’s a nice fish! This is a lot of fun!”

Fishing Highlights:

There’s nothing like walking down the canyon on a beautiful fall day. When you add some twenty inch trout into that mix it makes for a great outing. Jim, Rich, and Tucker joined me for a day on the river today. It didn’t take long for the three of the fellas to find fish. Tucker went back to back landing 6 fish out of the first hole. Jim found a nice brown and rainbow in his first pocket along with a hookup with another brown. Rich had a couple of strikes and finally found his hookset touch and resulted in his first brown of the day. As we worked our way up river we found fish in every hole we walked into. Jim landed a couple nice fish off the surface on a chubby cheronobyl. Rich took another brown and couple of rainbows. One being 20” and another 21”. After a quick lunch we had our eyes fixed on a couple of large fish. Tucker made a great cast and one oth the bows ate but quickly rid the hook. He did stick a nice 21” rainbow shortly after. Great job. Thanks for a great day guys!

The fishing is fantastic.  Clear skies and 60+ degree weather. The water temperature was between 52-55 degrees and Crystal Clear.
