Quote(s) of the Day: It's so beautiful up here - amazing how clear the water is. The rain feels good - its perfect. That is the biggest fish I have ever seen!

Fishing Highlights:

What a diverse day of fishing. We started around 10am with a double nymph rig and double dry, switching up methods in each run. This method helped to target the fish laying deep and the others looking up. Annika picked up fly fishing quickly and soon was hooking fish; finally a really nice brown came to the net in bridge hole. Abigale, soon to be a pro angler, danced around the river fishing everything from pockets to deep runs, hooking fish all the while. After a gourmet lunch we were blessed with some overcast, warmer water, a light rain and PMDs; the fish turned on to double dries, rs2s and occasionally streamers. Annika landed an absolute monster - about a 26" 7 pound rainbow ... truly remarkable.

The fishing is great.  Clear skies and 60+ degree weather. The water temperature was between 60+ degrees and Crystal Clear.
