Quote(s) of the Day: Let's spot some fish!
“That was a big fish you got on that one Micah!”

Fishing Highlights:

I had a great morning on the water with Keith and Jack and then had the pleasure of meeting and fishing with robert in the afternoon. Fishing in the morning was a little slow but we did manage to get a few to the net and even hooked into some nice ones that unfortunately got of the line. The afternoon was a lot more productive. Robert picked a really nice spot to fish and bam, a huge rainbow trout took his dry fly so hard it scared us both. After a nice fight we got him to the net. The weather was perfect and the fishing was great!Today was Micah and Robby’s first time on Lincoln Hills property today fly fishing. After a bit of instruction they were into fish. Micah was the first to put a fish in the basket and Robby was not far behind after he figured out how subtle the takes were. As we progressed up river throughout the morning we found some really nice fish eating subsurface and on the top. Robby took a few fish in a double dry fly rig. Micah was back to back fish in Helen Keller. After lunch we switched the groups up. Jack and Micah wanted TK fish together so we headed to the water. Jacks first fish of the afternoon was a 24” female rainbow on a red copper John. MicH landed some nice fish as well. Towards the end of the afternoon Micah got to throw a double dry fly rig and practice his false cast and then lay a nice cast down which resulted in a few fish off the surface. Thanks for a great day guys and hope to see you again soon.

The fishing is great.  Clear skies and 60+ degree weather. The water temperature was between 56-59 degrees and Crystal Clear.
