This is one special place!
There's another one!
Lincoln Hills rocks
The bugs were hatching and the fish were on the feed

Fishing Highlights:

We are officially into thunderstorm season so please respect the lighting. We are also getting ready to see the green drake hatch which should be just around the corner. An afternoon storm is typically the best trigger to see these monstrous bugs coming off the water. It's time to put the strike indicators away because the trout are really focused on surface feeding! Big trout are sipping midges off of the surface as well as PMDs and gray drakes. Max started off the day having never really fly fished before. We discussed strategies for the day, likely bugs we would see, how to approach fish and spot them and the types of casts that would be needed for the day. Then we got to work and after @ 30-45 min of tweaking and refining, Max was fighting his first fish. After that it as consistent. We had a great morning on the water getting to know each other and look forward to fishing with Max again!Lincoln Hills is the best place to create memories The dry fly fishing was amazing.

The fishing is fantastic.  Partly Cloudy skies and 60+ degree weather. The water temperature was between 52-55 degrees and Crystal Clear.
