Quote(s) of the Day: "Wow that's a huge fish!"

Fishing Highlights:

It was a blue bird day on Lincoln Hills Property today. Andrew and Carter were visiting from out of state and wanted to give Colorado Fly Fishing a go. The bugs were actively coming off as soon as we hit the water which had the fish pretty active. After some instruction Carter was into fish. His first fish of the morning was a bruiser. A Big Female rainbow picked up his subsurface drake on the swing. He fought her for a little bit before she got rid of the hook. Andrew was on a dry dropper rig and took his first fish on south boulder creek. Carter got a big rainbow to net after a long battle which made for a great photo. After the lunch hour we picked apart the seams and found some nice browns, Cuttbows, and rainbows to finish off a great day on the water.

The fishing is great.  Clear skies and 60+ degree weather. The water temperature was between 56-59 degrees and Crystal Clear.
