Report Rating: FAIR

Fishing Trip Date: Sunday, May 27, 2018

Sunday, May 27, 2018
Quote(s) of the Day: Denver's drinking water is on it's way!

Fishing Highlights:

The Yacht Club section of South Boulder Creek is chugging right now! Caution is definitely in order as the river is up on many sections of the walking path. As for the fishing, trout are still feeding, but access to fishable holes is limited. Girdle bugs, leeches, and large prince nymphs are working the best. Make sure and add plenty of weight to your nymph rig as you'll need to get your flies down in the strike zone here.

The fishing is fair.  Clear skies and 60+ degree weather. The water temperature was between 40-43 degrees and Stained.
