Quote(s) of the Day: “The smallest fish today ate the streamer!”

Fishing Highlights:

The weather was not great but the fishing made up for it. Joe and mark have fished with me for the last couple years and today was their best day so far. The morning hours fished great under an nymph rig. Both guys took multiple fish and some good size fish. After a hot lunch we were back to the water. The afternoon was on fire there for a while. Joe found a bucket that he would hook fish every other cast. Mark got a quick lesson on streamer fishing and stuck the smallest fish on a 4” articulated streamer. After a while we moved up river to three rocks and it was an every cast hookup. Joe went at it for a while hooking fish after fish. Mark rotated in and put the biggest fish in for the day. Thanks for a great day fellas. See ya next time.

The fishing is great.  Partly Cloudy skies and 36-39 degree weather. The water temperature was between 36-39 degrees and Slightly Off.
