Quote(s) of the Day: Such a relaxing way to spend your day!

Fishing Highlights:

Brad and Margo where in town for a little R & R from the daily grind. While here they did some hiking, wild life observing, and took the opportunity to get some fishing in. We spent the day on S. Boulder near Rollinsville. Reaching our starting point, Brad, within just a couple of casts had the first fish to the net. This would set the tone for the rest of the day. Margo was a quick study and was making accurate casts, and not long after had her first fish, also a bright 15" bow. The wind started to pick up a bit so we took a break for lunch. Brad and I went down stream a bit to work on some high stick techniques, he landed a couple 12" browns and beautiful cutthroat. It was getting late in the day, so we decided to head back to the cars. What an amazing day spent on the water with some new friends. Brad was one fish away from a grand slam, the ever so elusive Brooke trout. We will get him next time. Hope to see you two again soon.

Fall is here and the weather is quite a bit cooler than normal, strive to be on the water mid-morning.  The fishing is great.  Clear skies and 60+ degree weather. The water temperature was between 40-43 degrees and Crystal Clear.
