Fly fishing for trout on another beautiful day at Lincoln Hills Fly Fishing

Fishing Highlights:

Watching me guest hook into two beast that got the best of us.The dry fly fishing was outstanding, what more could we have asked for!The fish were a little more selective in the stretch we fished today. Using smaller flies and lighter tippet made all the difference. Getting the larger fish to the net with the lighter tippet made for an exciting day. Enjoyed great company, events and food while fly fishing for massive trout - all under beautiful weather and stunning scenery. Another beautiful day on the river. What a great place to spend a day!Lincoln Hills was fantastic! Several 3 to 4 pound Rainbows helped make it that way. The highlight of the two was going back and forth between two anglers to net their fish!Big trout on dry flies is hard to beat.We spotted a nice golden brown stripe sitting in the water and couldn't get the fish to eat at first. We changed our depth and weight around and stuck a beautiful brown trout with the fly in the very top center of his lip.Lots of Dry Fly action today at Lincoln Hills

The fishing is fantastic.  Clear skies and 60+ degree weather. The water temperature was between 44-47 degrees and Slightly Off.
