Fishing Conditions: EXCELLENT
Fishing Trip Date:Thursday, Apr 19, 2012
Quote(s) of the Day: Our favorite Colorado lakes are fly fishing well. We are seeing good hatches of midges and mayflies. The streamer bite has also been on!
Fishing Highlights:The lakes are fishing great. Nymph fishing with an indicator as well as stripping small prince nymphs (size 18) and midges (size 16-20) has been most productive. Try streamer fishing with bunny flies and leeches!
The fishing is fantastic. Clear skies and 52-55 degree weather. The water temperature was between 40-43 degrees and Slightly Off.
