Guide Profile | Ethan Emery

A Colorado native, Ethan Emery grew up fishing the Front Range and has been fly fishing for over 30 years. He earned his degree in Science Education from the University of Northern Colorado where he also played on the National Championship football team. Being an expert fly angler, Ethan became a guide on the famous Green River, where he spent his summers becoming an excellentoarsmen and fly designer. Ethan has been a member of the Pro-Staff since 2004, was awarded the "Guide of the Year" in 2008, and is President of Angling University. He is also a founding member of the Lincoln Hills Cares organization. Ethan’s passion for angling is contagious and he thoroughly enjoys guiding and teaching the art of fly fishing to all ages and experience levels.
