Fly Fishing Property Lease Program

Our lease program encompasses miles of the best fly fishing waters in Colorado and has a proven ability to generate significant annual revenues for our lessors. We look for properties with the potential to offer excellent fishing based on the water, proximity to our clients and the ability to maintain and improve the habitat. Lease terms are extremely flexible, we like to create mutually beneficial relationships with our partners.
Our policies ensure a fly fishing only, barbless hook, catch and release endeavor. “Leave No Trace” principals are observed and sustain the environmental integrity of the property and maintain owner’s privacy. We are extremely low impact for both the landowner and their environment, yet we providing a significant revenue source. Owners incur no expense and have no management responsibilities.
